Supporter Management

Get a complete view of your supporters for effective constituent relationship management. These tools are for administering lists and uploading and managing user data. DLCCWeb includes an online database, complete with powerful analytical tools, advanced tracking capabilities, and an easy-to-use interface. The campaign manager will have access to over 100 customizable fields for each supporter, which can be dynamically configured, imported, and exported. These fields can even be used to target email blasts.

• Import/Export Tool: Organizations can download lists of member data in file formats compatible with external data management systems. Uploads can be used to either append information to a member record, or overwrite it. The system error-checks uploads and flags bad records for manager correction.
• Member Statistics: Campaign managers can keep track of how frequently activists have taken action, monitor inactive users, and evaluate the relative strength of different campaigns.
• Query Manager: An advanced list segmentation tool that allows dynamic queries of the supporter list based virtually any field in your database. All queries are saved and can be used for future email blasts or exporting information. For exporting, different fields can be selected for export from a query. The query manager also has the ability to iteratively segment a list, by adding the results of a query to a group, then further segmenting that group. Removal of supporters en masse is also handled through the Query Manager.
