Technical Support Options
Technical Support and Online Documentation are available to all campaigns using DLCCWeb. The resources described below will help answer questions you may have as you take your campaigns online.
Access to DLCCWeb Online Documentation is available to all campaigns. The documentation provides instructions of how to use many of DLCCWeb’s features. Your campaign can learn how to upload photos, integrate ActBlue, and setup Event RSVPs. These instructions are a great resource for learning how to use DLCCWeb.
All campaigns have access to DLCCWeb e-mail support. If you have questions or technical problems with DLCCWeb, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. Members of the support staff will be notified of your inquiry. They will then be in contact with you as they work to resolve your concern.
Phone support is also available to campaigns for an additional monthly fee. We offer this option for those who find it easier to talk through a question or problem. Campaigns may purchase access to phone support for an additional $40 / month.
